Tough Agers LLC: Deborah Rothschild is passionate about helping support people along their fitness and wellness pathways. Starting off as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2003, Deborah has worked as a Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Lead Trainer, Group Fitness and Pilates Manager, Fitness Director, and Sports and Wellness Director. She has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness from California University of Pennsylvania (CALU).
Her Personal Training Certifications are from the National Academy of Exercise Science (NASM) and the American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) . Currently, she trains clients on-location, virtually through Zoom, and online with her Deborah Does Fitness app and online portal. She offers 55+ group fitness classes through an On-Demand fitness video library.
In addition, Deborah educates Fitness Professionals on how to work with active older adults. Continuing education units are available for NASM and AFAA upon completion of the ToughAgers® online course.
