Designed specifically to prepare your body for the dynamic movements of Pickleball, this workout can be performed two to three times a week on nonconsecutive days, allowing for optimal recovery and muscle growth. The program incorporates a variety of multijoint movements that enhance stability, mobility, and proper movement patterns, which are essential for success in Pickleball.
The included warm-up routines can be utilized before your Pickleball sessions or as part of your conditioning workout, helping to prevent injuries and improve your overall performance.
