If you are an active 55 or older adult looking for workout videos made specifically for you then this is your group! ToughAgers® workouts are designed to provide everything you need for overall fitness including: low-impact cardiorespiratory, interval, balance, resistance, core, and flexibility training. A variety of equipment will be utilized including: dumbbells (what you think is light, medium, and heavy for you), resistance bands, sliders, and foam rollers. Options will be suggested for those who do not have resistance bands, sliders, or foam rollers, and variations will be shown for participants at different levels.
Members will enjoy easy unlimited access to a library of ToughAgers® workout videos including full workouts, cardio-specific workouts, and specialty workouts. With videos being added monthly, members will always find a new workout to help keep them active.
