About Deborah
Deborah Rothschild is dedicated to empowering individuals on their fitness and wellness journeys. With over 20 years of experience, she began her career as a Certified Personal Trainer in 2003 and has since excelled in various roles, including Group Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Fitness Director, and Sports & Wellness Director.
Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Fitness and Wellness from California University of Pennsylvania (CALU). She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has specialized training as a Senior Fitness Specialist, Brain Health Trainer, BHOF BoneFit Instructor, NFPT Cancer Recovery Specialist, and Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!Moves) Certified Instructor, among others.
Deborah offers personalized training on-location, virtually through her app, "Deborah Does Fitness," and through live Zoom training sessions. She provides various 55+ fitness options, including On-Demand classes, tailored workout plans, and live Zoom classes for individuals, Senior Centers, and Senior Living Communities.
In addition to training clients, Deborah is passionate about educating fellow fitness professionals on effectively working with active older adults, offering continuing education units for NASM, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA, & SCW through her ToughAgers® online and live courses.
