Exercise is for everyone and seniors are no exception. The body will do what it is trained to do so let's train seniors so their bodies will function optimally. Just like all other age groups, seniors need: cardio, balance, resistance, core, and flexibility training. Since most of them will not exercise on their own, let's provide a fun, supportive, and social environment for them to do so. This course will give you the tools to lead a safe and effective active senior fitness class with confidence.
